Browser Version: Submitted by: Dionne Jones Flood area record has a record name starting with FADOR - should it be FACOR?
Browser Version: NA Submitted by: Paul Wittle This bug report is to test that this issue is fixed
Browser Version: Submitted by: Lauren Steele If address cannot be located in SWIM, you could pin point it on a map and write out the formal address. This feature is no longer present within the digital report
Browser Version: NA Submitted by: Paul Wittle This is due to it submitting the short form when really we need to submit the other form on the page. Not urgent to fix at this point but should be resolved in due course.
Browser Version: 71.0.3578.80 Submitted by: Gemma Cater When logged in, on the About page there are buttons which you can click to download blank copies of either the basic form or detailed form. When I click either of these, the following error appears: 'Export only available within your user range'. My user range is Devon and I am on the Devon site, so not sure why this is not working.
Browser Version: 71.0.3578.80 Submitted by: Gemma Cater If you input a property address for an area outside of the user range but that does have SWIM (e.g. if you input a Dorset address onto the Devon site), you get redirected to the relevant site. However, if you input a property address for an area outside of the user range that doesn’t have SWIM (e.g. if you input a Worcestershire address onto the Devon site), it simply comes up with the message: ‘The location of the property selected means that your record will be submitted to the following organisations in the first instance:’ …then with no organisations listed, and you are not redirected. Should this be addressed by replacing the text with something along the lines of ‘The location you have selected is in an area that is not currently using SWIM. Please contact the LLFA directly.’? This would then hopefully prevent people from logging properties outside of their user range for areas that don’t have SWIM…
Browser Version: 60.0.3112.78 Submitted by: Chris Osborne Hi Paul, I think I've spotted a bug, which should probably be looked into urgently. When trying to narrow property report search fields by parish, ward or district, SWIM appears to slow down or crash. It is presently not useable. All other filters appear to be functioning as before. Thanks, Chris.
Browser Version: 60.0.3112.78 Submitted by: Chris Osborne When trying to update a source (or official) record using the edit function I am unable upload media to the report by updating the report and then resubmitting. Can you please resolve? When I click "browse for file" button, selection window does not appear.
Browser Version: 11 Submitted by: Guy Parker (TEST Version) When I perform a media search (having just entered a photo with a property report) the search fails to pull up any records. The image is visible if accessed through the report.
Browser Version: Version 71.0.3578.80 Submitted by: Gemma Cater For the Devon version of SWIM, when you input an address on the form, the logos and details for Devon County Council and the Environment Agency appear. However, the exact same Environment Agency info and logo appear twice. This occurs on both the basic and detailed forms.
Browser Version: NA Submitted by: Paul Wittle Incorrect column referenced due to looking for a field from V_FR_AREA_SEARCH in the table FR_AREA
Browser Version: Internet Explorer 11 Submitted by: Peter Siret Quite frequently, the official SWIM layers in the map dashboard do not load properly and a black explanation mark (!) in a yellow triangle appears next to them.
Browser Version: N/A Submitted by: Paul Wittle Feedback is still pointing at the old system and needs to be re-pointed somewhere else.
Browser Version: 11 Submitted by: Kevin Fox I locate the flood area on the map dashboard and click on it to show the details. If I select either 'view details' or 'edit details' I am redirected to a page that says 'Sorry, we can't seem to find that page! Please check that the URL you have typed is correct or use the links below to get you on your way again.'
Browser Version: NA Submitted by: Paul Wittle Search results do not include the flood area record name, this is not sensible and should be added as an urgent bug rather than a feature request. Work is simple to achieve.
Browser Version: 11 Submitted by: Peter Siret When trying to print a map, a new window opens and I eventually get the following error: "Print failed to generate. Close this window and if you wish to try again ensure that the map is fully loaded in Explorer.".
Browser Version: 11 Submitted by: Kevin Fox If I select a property record from the Map Dashboard I get an onscreen notification to say 'There was a problem doing the search. Please try again'
Browser Version: Submitted by: Dionne Jones The Create Flood Area record menu goes to search rather than the record template.
