Browser Version: NA Submitted by: Paul Wittle This is due to it submitting the short form when really we need to submit the other form on the page. Not urgent to fix at this point but should be resolved in due course.
Browser Version: Version 72.0.3626.121 Submitted by: Chris Osborne Still having issues loading media into Flood Area Records: - Deleting media function doesn't work in edit mode. - Having loaded media and clicked submit, the report refuses to update and says: The Latitude field is required. The Longitude field is required. The Altitude field is required. The GPSValid field is required. There are invalid entries in your form which cannot be save. Please review the form and try again! Could you please review? Thanks, Chris.
Browser Version: Version 72.0.3626.96 Submitted by: Chris Osborne A number of reports appear to be coming in as type other, when they have been reported and entered by a property owner. I'm not sure that this is a bug, but might be happening as people are not filling out the form correctly / as expected.
Browser Version: 60.0.3112.78 Submitted by: Chris Osborne Hi Paul, We spoke about this one before, but though I'd better log as a bug. SWIM is still reporting that individual property reports are not linked to a UPRN and that "Coordinates do not match UPRN". In fact, the report had been linked to a UPRN when it was entered (and probably is in fact still linked). I think you mentioned that this was some sort of DB error. Anyway could you fix in due course please? Not urgent as the address is still present.

Browser Version: Version 71.0.3578.80 Submitted by: Gemma Cater For the Devon version of SWIM, when you input an address on the form, the logos and details for Devon County Council and the Environment Agency appear. However, the exact same Environment Agency info and logo appear twice. This occurs on both the basic and detailed forms.

Browser Version: NA Submitted by: Paul Wittle Something seems to have gone wrong with the address lookup as part of the update this weekend. We are investigating this and will fix it on Tuesday next week. You should still be able to add records by adding a point on the map if there is an urgent need.
Browser Version: Submitted by: Chris Osborne Hi Paul - I've inputted a few reports but no alerts are coming through to the DCC FRM account (or mine when I'm entering the report as a logged on LLFA user). Can you investigate please?
Browser Version: 60.0.3112.78 Submitted by: Chris Osborne Hi Paul, I think I've spotted a bug, which should probably be looked into urgently. When trying to narrow property report search fields by parish, ward or district, SWIM appears to slow down or crash. It is presently not useable. All other filters appear to be functioning as before. Thanks, Chris.

Browser Version: NA Submitted by: Paul Wittle Incorrect column referenced due to looking for a field from V_FR_AREA_SEARCH in the table FR_AREA

Browser Version: 11 Submitted by: Kevin Fox I locate the flood area on the map dashboard and click on it to show the details. If I select either 'view details' or 'edit details' I am redirected to a page that says 'Sorry, we can't seem to find that page! Please check that the URL you have typed is correct or use the links below to get you on your way again.'
Browser Version: NA Submitted by: Paul Wittle Search results do not include the flood area record name, this is not sensible and should be added as an urgent bug rather than a feature request. Work is simple to achieve.

Browser Version: 11.0.9600.19230 Submitted by: Peter Siret When I try to upload a shapefile for a flood area record, the page says it has downloaded but then takes me to the map page to draw a flood area and doesn't give me an option to return to the record. If I go back in the browser, the shapefile isn't uploaded. This also happens in Google Chrome.

Browser Version: Version 71.0.3578.98 Submitted by: Chris Osborne Hi Paul, Becky, Andy & I put in a Flood Area Record for Portesham earlier today (Ref No: FADOR195040) when we drawing in the flood area polygon we noticed that when we need to try again, after clicking the green tick, the polygon controls would not reset and, hence we had to refresh the whole page rather than simply clicking to start the new polygon process again. Could you look into this? Thanks.
Browser Version: Version 71.0.3578.98 Submitted by: Chris Osborne Hi Paul - We tried to upload a video .mp4 file to thew Portesham flood are report. It appeared to work, but then would not play within the browser and even when downloaded would still not play in either windows media player or VLC. Not sure whats going wrong but could you investigate please? I've also logged a feature request to be able to remove media. Cheers, Chris.
Browser Version: NA Submitted by: Paul Wittle When adding from the map the coordinates appear to be changing post submission. This results in the point chosen being outside of the active area and you then get an incorrect redirection to the NoRegion view. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
Browser Version: 60.0.3112.78 Submitted by: Chris Osborne Hi Paul - similarly to property reports, I don't seem to be able to upload a media document to an existing Flood Area record or rather I can upload, but then not submit when editing the form. If I try I get the following error, but nothing seems particularly amiss in the reports itself. Could you investigate please? "There are invalid entries in your form which cannot be save. Please review the form and try again!"

Browser Version: 71.0.3578.80 Submitted by: Gemma Cater When logged in, on the About page there are buttons which you can click to download blank copies of either the basic form or detailed form. When I click either of these, the following error appears: 'Export only available within your user range'. My user range is Devon and I am on the Devon site, so not sure why this is not working.
Browser Version: 71.0.3578.80 Submitted by: Gemma Cater If you input a property address for an area outside of the user range but that does have SWIM (e.g. if you input a Dorset address onto the Devon site), you get redirected to the relevant site. However, if you input a property address for an area outside of the user range that doesn’t have SWIM (e.g. if you input a Worcestershire address onto the Devon site), it simply comes up with the message: ‘The location of the property selected means that your record will be submitted to the following organisations in the first instance:’ …then with no organisations listed, and you are not redirected. Should this be addressed by replacing the text with something along the lines of ‘The location you have selected is in an area that is not currently using SWIM. Please contact the LLFA directly.’? This would then hopefully prevent people from logging properties outside of their user range for areas that don’t have SWIM…
