If I go back in the browser, the shapefile isn't uploaded. This also happens in Google Chrome.
Browser Version: Version 71.0.3578.98 Submitted by: Chris Osborne Hi Paul, Becky, Andy & I put in a Flood Area Record for Portesham earlier today (Ref No: FADOR195040) when we drawing in the flood area polygon we noticed that when we need to try again, after clicking the green tick, the polygon controls would not reset and, hence we had to refresh the whole page rather than simply clicking to start the new polygon process again. Could you look into this? Thanks.

It appeared to work, but then would not play within the browser and even when downloaded would still not play in either windows media player or VLC. I'm not sure that this is a bug, but might be happening as people are not filling out the form correctly / as expected.

When trying to narrow property report search fields by parish, ward or district, SWIM appears to slow down or crash. It is presently not useable. All other filters appear to be functioning as before. When I click either of these, the following error appears: 'Export only available within your user range'. My user range is Devon and I am on the Devon site, so not sure why this is not working.
Browser Version: 71.0.3578.80 Submitted by: Gemma Cater If you input a property address for an area outside of the user range but that does have SWIM (e.g. if you input a Dorset address onto the Devon site), you get redirected to the relevant site. However, if you input a property address for an area outside of the user range that doesn’t have SWIM (e.g. if you input a Worcestershire address onto the Devon site), it simply comes up with the message: ‘The location of the property selected means that your record will be submitted to the following organisations in the first instance:’ …then with no organisations listed, and you are not redirected. Should this be addressed by replacing the text with something along the lines of ‘The location you have selected is in an area that is not currently using SWIM. Please contact the LLFA directly.’? This would then hopefully prevent people from logging properties outside of their user range for areas that don’t have SWIM…
