Browser Version: MS Edge V. 96.0.1054.43 Submitted by: Justin Neely DORXXXXXX is a basic record that I (Justin Neely) created as a 'logged on' FORT user for a Dorset resident (Mr XXXX). I used his contact details (email, address and telephone) in the expectation that he (as the householder) would be notified that a flood report had been created and providing him with the report # and password for him to access, review and amend the report. To date this has not happened and Mr XXXX is unable to access report # DORXXXXXX. Could you please correct this and issue these details to Mr XXXX. Thanks.
